To heal his wounds, treat his ailments and draw the great dreams of a generation, The Doug chose a bare guitar to write a rap whirling around French songs, where we detect here and there a young Bashung, the early hours of a Fauve or a Feu! Chatterton. At just 20 years old, introspection and inner journey are all inspirations that nourish the young Clermontois. Produced by Zicol and l'Épicerie de Nuit, who were able to capture this sensitivity at the surface and preserve this true writing talent, The Doug reveals himself as much on stage as on screen, illuminating minimalist and twilight clips with fragile grace.
