In 1915, Claude Debussy composed his famous sonata for flute, viola and harp, three instruments with delicate and colorful sounds whose richness of timbres gives this major work of the chamber music repertoire a character of a very particular finesse. A "first" for this formation which will become a model for many composers. The original and unprecedented instrumentation of this sonata refers to the timbres of antiquity, to oriental notes and to the music of Jean-Philippe Rameau. Between influences of the past and modernity of language, the tone of this concert is set. Natan Ca'Zorzi, Gatien Leray, and Sandrine Chatron will make you discover these works whose composers knew how to sublimate the delicate marriage
flute, viola and harp.
A former student of the Thionville Conservatory, Gatien Leray joined the prestigious International Menuhin Music Academy and perfected his skills with the greatest masters.
