Momo lives in a circus with his grandfather, the famous clown Huberto. He especially enjoys wandering among the caravans and watching the acrobat Bettina practice. His grandfather wants Momo to become a clown one day, but Momo doesn't like clowns at all. The circus animals are Momo's friends, and he can count on them. They help him find his place in life. They help him discover who he really is and what his place is under the circus tent.
