During this weekend, we will discover Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicine finding the same philosophical foundations as Yoga. The holistic approach of this "millennial science" allows to consider the person in all the dimensions of his life as well as his link with Nature in the Macrocosm/Microcosm relationship.
We will approach the Ayurvedic vision and understand how to integrate this “science of Life” into our daily lives, on our mat, in our diet… while respecting our true Nature.

The internship will be punctuated by:
- Integral yoga practices with the Ayurvedic approach (asanas, pranayama, hastha mudras, meditation, etc.)
- Thematic workshops (self-massage, dietetics, observation of one’s digestive fire, etc.)
- Theoretical presentations to deepen this ancestral vision
- To take ownership of lifestyle, dietary and yogic advice adapted to your “Ayurvedic” situation.
