The 17th edition of CinEast - the Central and Eastern European Film Festival in Luxembourg - will present a rich selection of the best recent films from more than 20 countries from the former Eastern Bloc. Between 3 and 20 October, more than 65 feature films and over 50 shorts of all genres will be screened at the Cinémathèque, Ciné Utopia, Kinepolis Kirchberg, Ancien Cinema (Vianden), and other venues in Luxembourg. The audience will have the opportunity to meet more than 30 special guests (directors, actors, producers) during Q&A sessions and participate in several cine-debates and thematic evenings. Numerous programs for children and young people are also on the festival menu as well as opportunities to taste Eastern European food and drinks.
