Behind the curtain, an apparition. The sister, the friend, the one who encourages crossing the border, the boundary to dare to enter the forest, to meet the unknown that both fascinates and terrifies. Then begins a two-person game that confronts temperaments, unravels bodies, and challenges friendship. Big or small, small or big, the two young girls share the same need to surrender to the magic of the present moment, in total freedom. Collaborate, oppose, scare each other, delude, manipulate, surrender, disobey... So many bubbling discoveries for the child who sets out to meet themselves, the world, others, and their own vulnerability. So many emotional stages marking human relationships and nurturing growth. In a form tinged with strangeness, wordlessly, Lisières does not hesitate to depart from narration to let the poetry of bodies unfold and closely connect with the child's sensations.
