Forest outings can be more than just walks. The forest or nature, as a space for personal experience on the one hand and an interactive learning space on the other, offers endless possibilities that contribute to the child's development.

Forest and nature pedagogy offers a wide range of games and activities that can be put into practice without much equipment and which can at the same time awaken children's interest in the natural environment.

It is not necessary to have extensive knowledge of local flora and fauna to organize fun (interesting) afternoons in the forest, off the forest paths. The training focuses on practical experience of different activities that can be integrated into everyday educational life.

Good to know

What to bring: a basket, a (mushroom) knife, waterproof clothing, firm shoes and, if possible, a book on mushrooms. Group 1: 9:00-12:00, Group 2: 13:00-16:00.

Distance: approx. 3-4 km with elevation gain. Not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs. Price: €36 per person. Age: from 8 years old. Language: German / Luxembourgish.
