Today, our way of eating has changed. We find a variety of foods available all the time in stores, but many people no longer know when vegetables grow or are harvested. For example, vegetables like tomatoes and bell peppers are on sale all year round. This makes us forget the importance of local and seasonal products, and some vegetables, like Swiss chard, have become less known.
Join us for this workshop! You'll have the chance to harvest fresh ingredients while discovering the community garden and the VeWa garden. Then, we'll cook a meal together that we can share in the VeWa Hall. It's a great opportunity to connect with nature and enjoy homemade dishes.
