Tantric Journey Number 2: The Art of Letting Go

Here's our next destination! There's no need to travel in any specific order. The Art of Letting Go, or how to regain a certain freedom by letting go of cumbersome burdens! Among these burdens, we find old memories, repetitive patterns, fears of all kinds, limiting beliefs... stored in our brains as neural chains, and crystallized in our bodies as tension and sometimes physical pain. In short, we have an entire weekend to shake things up and lighten our load!

The practices include meditations, body expression, dance, energetic exercises, sharing, dyads, rituals, gazes, smiles, liberations, and lots of Love.

This journey is open to beginners and tantrikas.

This journey is open to couples and solos.

No sexuality, no nudity. Contrary to some totally false rumors, Tantra workshops are not dating clubs or swinger clubs.
