In November, Brazil is coming to brunch! Treat yourself to traditional Brazilian recipes, iconic sweet and savory dishes that you know and will never get tired of. Come and get in the mood with our DJ and our two Brazilian dancers. On the brunch menu on Sunday, November 17:
- Fresh orange juice, squeezed upon your arrival, for maximum flavor and benefits!
- A big cold buffet, in the heart of the food hall, where you will find the essentials such as focaccia, ciabatta, platters of cold meats and cheeses, salad buffet (Brazilian salad), avocado toast, fruits, yogurts, granolas, pastries, ... but also more elaborate recipes and other gems, made in GANG of course!
- Hot, comforting dishes: cassava hash, shepherd's pie, beef stew, risotto... But also: scrambled eggs, quiches, pancakes...
- Showcooking, that is to say live culinary demonstrations in front of you! Each corner, each restaurant, will offer you its specialties, to devour with your eyes before taking just one bite!
- Grand Café will take you on a journey with these specialties: grilled picanha, grilled Toscana sausage, asinha de frango, coração de frango, feijao preto, couve manteiga, farofa with garlic, Campanha sauce
- Creative cuisine at Specto: sea bass moqueca, cod fritters, squash risotto. But also pizza, pasta or asia in our different corners: you will be spoiled for choice! In addition, choosing does not mean giving up since our brunch formula is all you can eat!
- At GANG Barista, a whole display of desserts, where you will find: brigadeiro, pineapple passion tapioca, crème caramel, banoffee, Paris-Brest, éclairs, tarts, ice creams and other delights…
- To quench your thirst, detox water & iced tea at your disposal, unlimited!
