What if your mother's death was the best thing that ever happened to you? In the midst of the pandemic, Italian bureaucracy reaches Luca in the form of a grotesque email from the cemetery. While waiting for a premature and unexpected meeting with his mother (dead for ten years), Luca finds himself rethinking his relationship with her only to discover that, all things considered, he doesn't miss her at all!
After the success at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022, Luca brings his latest show to Italy: an hour of dark humour told with kindness, in which two great Italian taboos, mothers and death, are laid bare with British irony.
