This workshop offers a precise approach in several steps to invite the performers to ask the right questions about their scripts or long form. Clémence will propose exercises inherited from Alain Knapp, Keith Johnstone and Constantin Stanislavski to avoid some propositions known as "easy", "show-off", "cliché" or even "anecdotal" on stage. She will highlight the importance of patience, the constraint of play, the extraordinary in ordinary situations, sincerity, and the truth of the performance. We will start again from the very basics of theater: Time, Space, Character, and Verb, working on the actor's training, memory, body, and storytelling art. This workshop is open to beginners in theater or improvisation as well as to the more experienced who wish to refine and deepen their ways of creating.
