From November 23rd to December 30th, the Département invites you to celebrate the festive season in a magical atmosphere. Come to the enchanting Square Boufflers in Metz, and let your steps guide you.
Take off for Lapland, explore the polar world and contemplate the aurora borealis sublimating the ice floe. Dive into the gourmet world of Christmas cookies, meet our mischievous elves and go in search of the most mischievous of them all! And of course, the little ones can take the time to write their most beautiful letter to Santa Claus and deposit it in the magical Letter Box, bound for the North Pole! Rest assured, if you haven't had time to write your own, you'll be able to do so on the spot. All children, even older ones, who mention their e-mail address will receive a reply from Santa. Other surprises await you.
Like last year's 170,000 visitors, don't miss this not-to-be-missed event for an unforgettable Christmas with family and friends!

OPENING HOURS
- Monday to Thursday and Sunday, 5 pm to 8 pm
- Friday and Saturday, 5 pm to 9 pm
- December 24, 4 pm to 6 pm
- Closed on December 25
Dogs are not allowed on the Sentier des Lanternes, even on a leash.
Only small dogs are allowed.
