Arch Enemy sets the Rockhal stage alight once again for their upcoming twelfth studio album called "Blood Dynasty", set for release on March 28, 2025. The Swedish melodic death metal band is back with one of their most defiant and uplifting records to date: a magnificent eruption of pure metal. "Deceivers" is an invigorating, world-class shot in the arm. Meanwhile, Arch Enemy are primed and ready to return to their natural habitat, well-equipped with new anthems and still enjoying every last second of their steel-plated mission.
Amorphis is a Finnish folk melodic death metal band, and formerly a death/doom band started by Jan Rechberger, Tomi Koivusaari, and Esa Holopainen in Helsinki, Finland, in 1990. Amorphis absorbed and incorporated influences from many metal genres, and over time their sound evolved dramatically. Initially, the band was a Death Metal act, but with time they have evolved into making music that is more classifiable as Doom Metal with folk influences, and more recently, Folk Metal and Symphonic Metal, utilizing increasingly complex arrangements and a less brutal sound. Amorphis is also well known for their use of the Finnish national epic, the Kalevala, as a source for their lyrics.
Eluveitie is a Swiss folk metal band from Winterthur, Zurich, founded by Chrigel Glanzmann. They describe themselves as "The new wave of folk metal." The band uses traditional instruments amidst guitars and harsh vocals. The lyrics are often in the extinct ancient language Gaulish.
