Anapana meditation is one of the essential practices for cultivating mindfulness. It involves observing the natural flow of the breath. It's a simple technique that helps to calm and focus the mind, and gradually helps us to gain control over our impulses and actions. Beginners are welcome at any time. Remember to dress comfortably and bring a small blanket. Øpen is a not-for-profit organization. Please support us so that we can remain Øpen.
