Rocks on Rocks Cocktail Workshop

The workshop will be divided into several phases. We will start with an introduction to mixology and general topics before exploring and tasting various Luxembourgish liqueurs and spirits. After that, we will go through the various stages of the cocktail Rocks on Rocks, which was created especially for our exhibition, focusing on the different layers and their densities, as well as how to experiment with various textures in the cocktail.
With: Raphael Betti
Always interested in cocktails, good food, and local products, Raphael Betti turned his hobby into a profession. During his studies, he worked in clubs and restaurants, where he discovered his passion for mixology. Following various successful cocktail competitions, which took him to places like Amsterdam, Cannes, and Sydney, he now runs a small cocktail bar in Pfaffenthal that exclusively uses Luxembourgish spirits.
