Perform the complete piano concertos of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
This was the ambition displayed by Sir András Schiff when he founded the Cappella Andrea Barca, an ensemble of renowned soloists and chamber musicians, in 1999. The concert at the end of January therefore sounds like a return to the roots, with no less than two piano concertos by the genius from Salzburg, the 25th having, at its premiere, delighted the Prague audience. And it should be no different at the Philharmonie…
