This unique event, hosted in the serene surroundings of Subtile Gallery, will guide you through a meditative experience as you sip tea and enjoy the soothing sounds of pure crystal singing bowls.
Join Valérie from Metta Yoga Luxembourg for a nourishing journey, perfect for welcoming the peaceful energies of fall. Valérie, founder of Mettā Yoga Luxembourg, is a seasoned practitioner trained in Vinyasa, Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga Nidra, and Yin Yoga. She takes a functional approach to teaching, adapting to the needs of each student, and integrates Mettā loving-kindness into her Yin and Yoga Nidra classes through storytelling, fostering deep connection and healing. She also offers sound baths with gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other instruments, combining her love for Cha Dao - tea ceremonies - to create holistic, nourishing experiences.
