Taboos an alcohol free mental health community in Luxembourg.
Our expat lives in Luxembourg are often harder than we hoped for. While the country promotes high salaries, low taxes and a great environment, life does not always goes as we expected and that often has a serious impact on our mental health and social lives.
Inspired by the Belgian “Onbespreekbaar” concept where a community is build of people that get-together regularly to discuss topics such as anxiety, addiction, stress, grief, and other vulnerabilities without stigma or judgement in a relaxed environment with no obligations.
