A little girl wishes for a ship to set out in search of the unknown island and her father, who disappeared long ago. Old Captain Yvan accompanies the child and teaches her how to navigate both the sea and life to pursue her dreams. An adventurous and poetic journey that goes beyond the boundaries of the here and now, freely inspired by the work of Portuguese Nobel Prize laureate José Saramago.
