Choreographer and dancer Marc Lacourt likes to tinker with stories that bring objects to life. They come out of a corner, a cupboard or a box and show their contours. Here, it is Mr. Mutt's mop that is in the spotlight! Her life is summed up in scrubbing, polishing, cleaning and waiting in a corner, often alone next to the broom... However, all it would take is a small step to the side, a dance with her and there she is, the equal of the Mona Lisa or the great dancer Nijinsky. She slides, jumps, plays with us, twirls in the air all by herself as if by magic, stops, waits... And waits for us in the hope of inventing even more dances.
In a playful and humorous way, Marc Lacourt invites young spectators to participate in the show, thus becoming accomplices in an ephemeral work in which everyone can take part!
