In collaboration with Virginie, we will take you on a journey through all possible spheres with numerous instruments, with our voices, through movement, dance and silences.
A complete yoga class with postures, breathing exercises, relaxation, meditation accompanied by medicine chants, mantras and percussions in celebration of the moment.

Tea, small snack, Equipment to bring: yoga mat, meditation cushion, blanket
