This advanced 5-day qualification dives deep into why and how different wine styles are produced. With a minimum of 55 hours of self-study, you’ll learn how to taste, describe, and evaluate wines from around the world, including still, sparkling, and fortified wines. You’ll discover the environmental, viticultural, and technical factors influencing the style, quality, and price of wines, and the choices winemakers make for each grape variety and region.
