Session organized by the Equal Opportunities Commission of the City of Diekirch and the Human Relations and Equal Opportunities Commission of the City of Ettelbruck as part of International Women's Day. The session will be followed by a friendly drink offered by the Municipality of Diekirch.

Niki is a French film directed by Céline Sallette and released in 2024. As the director’s first feature film, it recounts the life and work of feminist artist and activist Niki de Saint Phalle (1930-2002). The film: Paris 1952, Niki has settled in France with her husband and daughter, away from a suffocating America and family. However, despite the distance, Niki is regularly shaken by reminiscences of her childhood. Niki finds her path to the light and, in art, an instrument to free herself.
