LUCA invites you to an exhibition that explores the anatomy of the housing market in Luxembourg and presents an alternative model at the interface between the public and private sectors: housing cooperatives. This participatory housing model is gaining recognition in many European cities as it offers residents the opportunity to design and build their own affordable housing.

The exhibition, which was conceived on the basis of Céline Zimmer's doctoral thesis, is part of LUCA's efforts to advance the debate on the housing market in Luxembourg. It has a dual objective: to provide information on the housing cooperative model, which is hardly widespread and tested in Luxembourg, and to encourage visitors to actively participate in the creation of cooperatives.
