The National Youth Wind Orchestra Luxembourg (NYWOL) is affiliated with the Music School of the National Federation of Music of Luxembourg, "Union Grand-Duc Adolphe" (UGDA). The orchestra, comprising about sixty young musicians aged between 13 and 21, convenes annually for rehearsal sessions followed by concert tours in various European countries. Since its inception in 1974, the NYWOL has toured in Czechoslovakia, the USA, and numerous European nations including Belgium, Spain, France, among others. The orchestra's goals include fostering youth musician training, promoting a diverse orchestral repertoire, and encouraging international cultural exchanges. NYWOL also collaborates with professionals from music schools and conservatories across Luxembourg.
