Experiencing non-formal education: fewer screens, more movement, discoveries and experiences

At the Children's Festival, there's room for play, exploration, and experimentation—a world where children thrive, far from screens.

Throughout the weekend, you are invited to discover non-formal education alongside your children by participating in around fifty fun and learning-rich workshops, designed for children aged 0 to 12.

These workshops provide an overview of the activities offered to children in education and care facilities in Luxembourg and illustrate how non-formal education supports the development of essential skills in an environment conducive to the discovery of their talents and interests.

Organized as part of Children's Week (May 17 to 23, 2025) by the Ministry of National Education, Children and Youth, in collaboration with non-formal education stakeholders, the Children's Festival invites you to share unique and enriching moments with your children.
