With the aim to bring a fresh and contemporary take on wine bar experiences—exclusive yet approachable. The revolving door of great bottles, and a vibe that makes you want to stay for “just one more.” SOIF bistro is a casual yet refined ephemeral space where authentic wines, soulful food, and a lively atmosphere come together. A vibrant hub for wine enthusiasts and curious drinkers, featuring a carefully curated selection of around 100 terroir-driven wines, designed to inspire and cultivate the love and passion for wine.
At the helm of the kitchen, Charly Biwer, a rising talent who brings a fresh and daring approach to the cookery. Having trained in Paris—from Michelin-starred fine dining to the pulse of bistronomy—Charly has developed a bold culinary identity that bridges comfort and creativity. Alongside the wines, his menu takes inspiration from San Sebastián, Spain, a city renowned for its legendary tapas culture. Expect a mix of Basque flavors with a twist, reflecting Charly’s passion for two key ingredients: seafood and Iberian pork. Each plate is designed to be fast, flavorful, and shareable, making every visit a dynamic and social dining experience.
