We take you to Japan with the Ryôdô, which means "the way of cooking" in Japanese. It is also the name of the leader: Ryôdô Kajiwara!

In this Michelin-starred restaurant, cooking is an art. Simplicity and authenticity, all the dishes are worked, refined and fine-tuned by the chef (we don't even have enough adjectives to describe them!).

To immerse you in Asia, you will be served by the staff dressed in kimonos.

You will discover the essence of Japanese cuisine. From sushi to wagyu A5 steak, chirashi and tempura, all in an authentic Japanese setting.
