That's what Nonbe means in Japanese. This restaurant invites you to discover the world Izakaya (Japanese bistro) and Kaiseki cuisine. The Chef Chef Norihiro strives to offer you the best of Japan by the respect of techniques and traditions. Associated with the chef François Legrand, a French chef, both try to mix their knowledge to create something special based on seasonal and local products.
Space is divided into two parts; downstairs, the brasserie where you can have a drink and excellent Japanese tapas while at the top is the restaurant. The restaurant is intimate and private, you can discover the Japanese cuisine called "kaiseki" through a unique menu in several services (by reservation and only for dinner.
