Hey look, a gym!

Charlie and Fabio, the two founding coaches of this super fitness center, are ready to welcome you and help you achieve your goals.
Their mission? Coach you to the max to ease your body from any pain. Gaining biceps is not everything!

Before that, you have to correct your posture thanks to the posturology sessions available, otherwise you'll end up stiffer than a grandma!

Here, everything is taken into account in your personal coaching: weight loss, improved mobility, muscle strengthening...
If you're feeling lonely or don't dare to take the first step, don't panic, they also offer group classes where you can work out in the general emulation of the group and the atmosphere to push yourself beyond your limits.

Good to know

If you're in a hurry and don't have time to get to the gym, you can always try video classes if it suits you! All you have to do is turn on your computer and boom! You will be advised from your living room!

For your first session, you can take advantage of a free discovery session.
