The Blues Express, one of the largest blues festivals in Luxembourg and the Greater Region, will mark its return to Lasauvage and Fond-de-Gras on Saturday July 13, 2024 to celebrate its 20th anniversary.
Over these two decades, the festival has attracted blues and jazz enthusiasts from all walks of life. Indeed, 618 concerts resonated through the woods of Lasauvage and Fond-de-Gras, and this year, 41 others will be added on 11 different stages.

This year's edition promises to be exceptional, with the participation of certain groups who have already had the honor of playing at Blues Express over the last 20 years. Names such as Todd Sharpville, present from the first edition, and Budda Power Blues, who return for the fifth time, will be there.

However, THE real star of the evening will be Michel Jonasz, accompanied by a group of renowned musicians. Under the direction of the tandem Manu Katché and Jean-Yves d'Angelo, they will be joined by Jim Grandcamp on guitar, Jérôme Regard on bass, as well as Michel Gaucher, Eric Mula and Pierre d'Angelo on brass, to offer a tribute to the blues in all its splendor.

A first at Blues Express and in Luxembourg will be the presence of Manu Lanvin & The Devil Blues. To complete this prestigious poster, we will also find Kat Eaton, Justina Lee Brown, The Cinelli Brothers and Thomas Kahn.
