GHØSTKID's style is a dive into darkness and aggression. It aligns with new paradigms: showing teeth while maintaining a catchy edge. GHØSTKID is the name of Sebastian "Sushi" Biesler and a conspiracy of like-minded friends and allies: Steve Joakim (drums) from Sweden as well as Jan Marco Heinz (guitar), Chris Kisseler (guitar) and Stanislaw Czywil (bass).

When Sushi began writing for GHØSTKID in 2019, he was inspired by Fever 333 and Bring Me the Horizon, all of which inspired him to fuse various sonic nuances, touching on pop, metal, industrial and a hint of trap. In doing so, he laid the foundation for the shape his music would take in the future. Sushi, who initially started out as a guitarist, also took to the microphone for the band, later joined on the project by Christoph Wieczorek (Annisokay) and co-producer Phil Sunday. Finally, renowned producer Sky van Hoff (Rammstein, Emigrate) joined them to shape what would become GHØSTKID’s self-titled debut album.

The band has just released their second album, "Hollywood Suicide." Be warned: this music doesn't just haunt your sensibilities. It's a veritable auditory exorcism and a deafening harmony in your head.
