Victor Frankenstein, misunderstood scientist or megalomaniac Prometheus? What can the Belgian company Karyatides fear after adapting Madame Bovary, Carmen and Les Misérables, during shows performed several hundred times? Not much, and certainly Not Victor Frankenstein's creature. Accompanied by a lyric singer and a pianist, two actresses play and manipulate the protagonists of the story, in a mixture of object theater and captivating opera. Gothic beauty and subtle humor join tragedy, carried by The Notes of Verdi, Vivaldi, Arvo Pärt and Céline Dion. Not even afraid !
