Euphoria, exhaustion and pleasure An intensity Of every moment Of every movement emerges from the Grand Ball. 9 dancers come to seek what society does not offer: the satisfaction of a thirst for touching and being touched, a joy that requires no words and the joyful feeling of abandonment. Their emotions are easily identifiable and are called anger, desire and compassion. From traditional Occitan melodies to exhilarating electronic beats, choreographers Souhail Marchiche and Mehdi Meghari move the cursor towards an ever faster and more contagious rhythm, which carries all these beautiful people into a mind-blowing collective trance.
