Lara Barsacq re-examines art history through a feminine prism. Links between Mallarmé's Afternoon of a Faun, Debussy's Le Prélude and Nijinsky's Sulfur Ballet composed from both, she paints a vision of the character of the nymph locked in the allegory of carnal pleasure. The fauna is in the background here. Cate Hortl distorts Debussy with her dark electronic pop which surrounds the Liège choreographer and Marta Capaccioli, deconstructing the violence to better flesh out the point of view of the dancers.
