Thorbjørn Risager is a rough diamond that has continued to refine itself since his debut in the clubs of Copenhagen, allowing himself neither pause nor a backward glance. Critically acclaimed for his writing talent, his voice as well as his guitar playing, the leader of the Black Tornado has always managed to stay the course, with his eyes turned towards the future. But some milestones deserve to be lingered over. Celebrating 20 years of touring is one of these milestones that the compilation "Thorbjørn Risager & The Black Tornado: Best of" immortalizes. 20 years of stage shared with legends such as Buddy Guy, more than 20 countries conquered, numerous nominations and awards at the European Blues Awards, the British Blues Awards as well as the Danish Victoires de la Musique, Thorbjørn Risager & the Black Tornado has not yet finished surprising us!
