Bande Passante is a documentary object theater company based in Metz whose artistic project aims to reinvent the notion of documentary creation.

On the occasion of the anniversary of the Kufa, La Bande Passante is teaming up with the Kulturfabrik to celebrate the years and the people who shaped this place in the form of a collaborative installation based on its exhumed archives.

Take part in this collaborative installation and come create with the artists!

For one week, join the artists of La Bande Passante to build, together, this 25 linear meter installation composed of paper archives, augmented with sound, video and light! Accompanied by two visual artists, you will be invited to create this installation according to the company's creative methods. Among hundreds of documents, come and "augment" the archive with the company's own gestures of cutting, folding and dressing, transforming the countless archives into aesthetic and plastic objects intended to be exhibited, staged and put into space.
