Since 1997, the Les Femmes S'en Mêlent Festival has focused on programming women artists or from the LGBTQIA+ community, in order to give them maximum visibility on a musical scene which is not always favorable to them. Long before the debates on parity, LFSM has been, from the beginning, a response to the under-representation of women in most festivals, thus becoming the first international event defending the musical creation of women artists. True to its DNA, Les Femmes S'en Mêlent remains driven by the desire to unite and bring together through concerts, meetings and workshops. The Festival is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year and will take place from November 14 to 29 in Paris and Montreuil and from November 9 to December 1 throughout France.
