The developments of the Pétrusse Valley.

The Pétrusse Valley is undoubtedly one of the most striking elements of the identity of the city of Luxembourg. Since the beginning of the 20th century, its steep cliffs, shaped over the centuries by both natural elements and man, have been the subject of various infrastructure projects aimed at connecting the plateaus around the city to its centre to allow its expansion, but also to connect the Upper Town to the Lower Town.

In recent years, these projects have mainly aimed at improving soft mobility across the city.

LUCA is organizing a conference to address the heritage, cultural and ecological issues of these projects.

Speakers:
Arnaud Greder (landscape architect, managing director at Förder Landschaftsarchitekten)
Sascha Reinert (architect, managing partner at CBA Architects)
