Hosting the Royal Ballet of Cambodia, inscribed since 2008 in the cultural and intangible heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, is an event. This millennial tradition almost disappeared under the Khmer Rouge dictatorship. Choreographed by Princess Norodom Buppha Devi, Les Étoiles offers an emblematic overview of this art: the ancient dance of the goddess of the waters Robam Moni Mekhala, the seductive dances, and the celestial nymphs Apsaras. The grace and delicacy of the wrist movements make this supple gesture with complex postures a suspended moment.
