Porridge Radio, the project of songwriter Dana Margolin, blends indie rock, slowcore, and art-punk. The group emerged from the south of England in the mid-2010s, with their full-band debut, "Rice, Pasta and Other Fillers", in 2016. Gaining traction on outlets like BBC Radio, they took a leap in recording quality and volatility with 2020's "Every Bad". Two years later, "Waterslide, Diving Board, Ladder to the Sky" strived for a more sweeping, stadium-sized sound.
