Join us for the OPENING of the season "Contact Improvisation Dance JAM with LIVE MUSIC". This will be an incredible and super fun time through movement. By practicing contact improvisation, we improve body awareness, coordination and balance.

It is also a great way to reduce stress, express emotions and cultivate a sense of play and joy. We will start with icebreaker games, followed by an energetic and enjoyable warm-up, integrating all participants into an incredible dance jam with a magical release of energy blockages.

Talented musicians will be there to accompany the warm-up and dance jam with live rhythms and melodies. Whether you are a professional or amateur dancer, come join us to dance, move and improvise.
