"Originally from Lorraine, I have been drawing and painting since I was very young, giving myself plenty of time to try out different techniques: colored pencils, Indian ink, dry pastels, acrylic, oil, sometimes combining collage and painting. I finally opted for an oil or acrylic technique which allows me to create beautiful blends. I am self-taught, and present a palette of colorful works where light plays an essential role. My painting can be gestural and very dynamic or on the contrary extremely precise and detailed, leaning clearly towards surrealism, letting my brush cross the limits of reality. I also paint from photos, where my artistic sense leads me to escape from pure copying to let shapes and colors emerge that boost the imagination.
