The dance-theatre company with its unique formal language Peeping Tom is a regular guest at the Grand Théâtre, with the trilogy Vader / Moeder / Kind and the opera adaptation Dido and Æneas (2022). This year, they return with a new creation that catapults the audience into a journey of apocalyptic proportions. In S 62° 58', W 60° 39', a ship has run aground in mountains of ice. A small community finds itself trapped in this dangerous and barren landscape. Suddenly, the piece becomes a performance within the performance and we enter the reality of the artists and the director. Is it the character or the performer who is performing on stage? Peeping Tom, known for his aesthetically crafted shows, presents a visually impressive cinematic performance that explores human relationships
and daily manipulations.
