Learn to teach Pilates as Joseph Pilates intended—using both the mat and the full range of studio apparatus. This Level 1 course is perfect for those beginning their journey as Pilates instructors. It covers the foundational skills necessary for rehabilitation work and introduces the traditional Pilates repertoire for beginners.
Course Highlights:
Master Pilates mat & apparatus exercises.
Use small equipment (Power Circle, hand weights) and traditional apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair) effectively.
Understand key Pilates concepts, breathing techniques, and postural analysis.
Develop your cueing and class design skills.
Access comprehensive manuals and online training videos in English or French.
