Join us for the 3rd Contact Improvisation Dance JAM with LIVE MUSIC of this season. Incredible joy and creativity we had during the last two dance Jams.

Practicing contact improvisation can have numerous benefits as it enhances body awareness, coordination, and balance. Additionally, it is a great way to relieve stress, express emotions, and cultivate a sense of playfulness and joy.

We will start with surprising games to get together and break the ice, followed by an energetic and enjoyable warm-up, integrating all participants into the amazing dancing Jam where a magical release of energy blockage awaits us.

Great musicians will be there, playing and accompanying both the warm-up and the dancing jam, enhancing the experience with live beats and melodies that will ignite your soul and inspire your movement.

Whether you are a professional or amateur dancer, come join, jump in, dance, move, improvise...

Even if you are not from the dancing field, come share your personality and enjoy the artistic atmosphere. You will be welcomed with open arms and surrounded by an experienced, supportive, and inspiring community.

We are offering some snacks/drinks to share and celebrate together. Feel free to bring your own to share with us.
