Come and discover the process and benefits of fermentation to better preserve your vegetables during the winter. Canopée provides black radishes (excellent for the liver) and spaghetti squash (botanical name 'Siam Squash'. It looks a lot like a watermelon from the outside. From the inside, it looks like noodles are growing inside), ready to be harvested from the vegetable garden the same day. So see you at the Canopée garden!

The workshop will take place on Saturday, November 23, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Oekosoph.

Vegetables, brine, jars (500 cl) and all the equipment for canning vegetables are provided. You can also bring your own 500 cl jar. An assortment of fermented vegetables will be offered for tasting.

The workshop is limited to 20 places. A participation fee of €15 per person is requested.
Payment on site by card, Digicash or cash.
