Franz Clément, former mayor of Martelange, took an interest in the legends of our valley and turned it into a book. On the agenda for the evening: Ms. Sylvie Hubert, director of the Attert Valley Natural Park, author of the postface; Mr. Josy Arens, mayor of Attert, author of the preface; Mr. Thierry Lefèvre, director of Memory editions; Mr. Roger Wilverts, citizen of Attert, advisor in the writing of the book; Mr. Franz Clément, author of the book. The book will be sold on site and signed by the author. Franz Clément's book contains nearly 75 legends covering 17 localities of the Attert commune. The book is illustrated with old black-and-white postcards. The legendary sources include the famous book "Wintergrün" by Nicolas Warker, published in 1890, and many others, particularly the sources and works of several citizens of the Attert Valley.
