The Municipal Philharmonic of Diekirch and their conductor Danny Heuschen are proud to host the "Veiner Musik" under the direction of Tobias Rippinger. Founded in 1848, this ensemble now represents a young, dynamic, and ambitious orchestra. Following a welcoming performance by the Juniors of the PMD directed by Bob Minette, the hosts will present an original and varied program. They will be followed in the second part by the PMD, performing contemporary pieces. The concert theme, "Melodies of Liberation," relates to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of the Grand Duchy by allied troops.
